Refund Policy

To submit a claim, please contact us here. Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Please submit all claims as early as possible and do not wait until close to the 30 day deadline. Please also send us a photo of the damaged/defective item when submitting your claim. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded or exchanged.

Reasons for returns:

  • Wrong address. If you, the customer, provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
  • Unclaimed. Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you, the customer, will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
  • Returned by customer. Customers are advised to contact us before returning any products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please be aware that any unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.

Return address. To return your product, you should mail your product to the return address stated on the document that you received with your product. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping items totalling $75 and over, then you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds & Exchanges. We do not refund or/and orders for buyer's remorse. We also do not offer size exchanges if you have purchased the wrong size. We only exchange or refund items if they are defective or damaged caused due to an error on our part. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim. If you are approved, then you will be contacted to ask if you would prefer a refund or an exchange. If you choose a refund then a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or PayPal account, depending on what you used as your original method of payment. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted and processed.
